Finally went to the new restaurant in town DTF.
Most of the waitresses and waiters can speak Chinese Mandarin, amazing. Which makes us think that they might be East Asians, possibly from Taiwan :)

So many people waiting!! We were given a number and an estimate wait of 50 mins! (we went to have dessert-before-meal ice cream!)

Well, I'm no dumpling fan so I won't simply use the word yummy. To be fair, it tasted ok.

This beef noodle was yummy... although I would much prefer if they had the non-braised version =) nevertheless, very soft and tender beef *like*
