This was at Orchard Central
Was there at 3pm on a random weekend afternoon. There was only a handful of customers... yet service was *tsk tsk*shakes head*
Waited a while for a table.
Not enough clean bowls, glasses.
Coffee, tea, ice-cream were all out-of-stock.
Not enough staff to refill soup.
Food-wise was ok though. especially the meat :)
