What I think should be the signature noodle dish of Singapore... Bak chor mee 肉脞面
The locals like it spicy and full of vinegar... I love the version with no taste of vinegar, and 小辣. Lessons learnt that never ever order it in Not Spicy, the hawkers don't know how to make it tasty at all...
Oh, usually available in either mee pok or mee kia noodle.. picture below is in mee pok (slightly flat) noodle.
From this favourite stall of mine, I always order the mushroom version - although I always have leftover of mushrooms in the bowl at the end of the meal haha - because the alternative is fish balls, which I have even lesser appetite for.
